Goodbye Grey

It’s all too tempting at the fi rst sign of a grey hair to lather on some permanent dye. But before you rush out for a bottle of ‘chestnut brown’ or ‘sandy blonde’ hair colourant, take some advice from the professionals – don’t!

“Hair colourists can be very creative and mix more than one shade together and place colour in sections to avoid a blanket effect,” advises Andrew.

“Semi-permanents will off er a gentle colour that will last up to four to six weeks and then gently fade away.“

“Don’t wear colour too dark as it looks artificial next to the complexion.”
